CarSignal's AI scores every new listing on AutoTrader, Kijiji, and more, then emails you when one shows up well under market. Some weeks that's one email. Others, none.
30 seconds to set up.
You've already decided what you want. Checking AutoTrader, Kijiji, and a handful of other sites every morning gets old by about day four, and the right car always seems to show up while you're at work.
Refreshing the same search morning and night, scrolling past the same overpriced listings you've already seen.
A well-priced car in good condition sells within hours. Miss the right moment and it's gone before you call.
A listing looks right. But is $89,995 fair for that year and mileage, or $8,000 too much? Hard to tell from the listing alone.
No account. No app. Tell us what you're after and we watch around the clock.
Make, model, year range, budget, and your location. Takes about 30 seconds.
Our AI scans AutoTrader, Kijiji, and more, scoring every matching listing against real market data.
When the price and mileage both check out, you get an email. One car per alert, and only when it's worth a call.
CarSignal pairs a market-pricing model with an AI that reads each listing the way a sharp buyer would. When a deal appears, you hear about it first.
AI weighs the asking price against what the exact year, trim, mileage, and province say it should cost, then turns that into a deal score out of 10.
It reads the full listing: condition notes, options, seller type, red flags. Every car gets sorted into great, good, or skip.
It watches AutoTrader, Kijiji, and more around the clock, re-checking as prices move. A price cut at 2 a.m. still lands in your inbox by morning.
A $2,000 drop on an overpriced car is still an overpriced car. We measure every listing against what it should actually cost and email you the ones that come in under.
Each listing is compared against similar cars on the market right now: same make, model, year, and trim. Live data, not a generic book value.
We model how price moves with kilometres, so a low-km car gets credit and a high-km one isn't judged against fresher examples.
Prices don't hold the same across the country. We adjust for your province, so a BC listing is judged against BC prices rather than a national average.
A car gets flagged when it sits well below its expected value for the mileage. A few hundred dollars off overnight doesn't count.
CarSignal isn't a daily digest of what's new on the market. We stay quiet until a car is truly underpriced, then send one alert so you can be the first call the seller gets. The last several great deals we flagged were gone within 48 hours.
CarSignal is a side project. I built it because I was hunting for my own next car and got tired of refreshing listings every morning. No dealership, manufacturer, or listing site owns it, partners with it, or pays it, so nothing here nudges you toward a car that isn't a real deal.
