The median 2025 F-350 Super Duty runs $75,800 in the Canadian market, with most listings landing between $72,800 and $75,900. That's a tight band. When the typical range is only about $3,000 wide, the median is a real anchor, not a rough guess, and paying much above $75,900 means you're above where most of these trucks actually sit.
Median mileage is 17,692 km, so these are barely broken-in trucks. At that odometer reading, price is being set by trim and configuration far more than by wear. Our own signal flagged 27 of these as deals in the last 90 days, so priced-right examples do surface if you're watching.
The trims are the whole story
The trim spread is enormous, more than $44,000 from bottom to top. The Platinum sits at a $113,888 median and rarely dips below $111,829. Lariat lands at $97,439 in a very narrow $96,990 to $99,499 band, so there's almost no haggle room on that one. If a Lariat is priced well under $97,000, look closely at why.
Down the ladder, the XLT medians at $76,807 but swings wide, $70,499 to $80,999. That spread is your opening. A well-optioned XLT at the low end of its range can undercut a stripped one at the top by ten grand for what's arguably the same truck. The XL is the value play at a $68,998 median, though its range runs all the way to $78,246, which tells you some XLs are loaded enough to cost XLT money.
So the buyer's move here is trim-first, then hunt the low end of that trim's range. On the XL and XLT especially, patience pays because the bands are loose. On Platinum and Lariat, the market has already made up its mind, and $97,000-ish or $113,000-ish is roughly what you'll pay.
