2025 Honda CR-V price in Canada: $39,987 median

The median 2025 Honda CR-V in the Canadian market sits at $39,987. Most of what you'll find lands between $37,812 and $43,997, so a fair price for a mid-mileage example is anything under that $44k ceiling. Cross above it and you're paying a premium unless the trim justifies it.

These are nearly new. The typical CR-V here shows about 32,946 km, so you're shopping cars that spent maybe a year on the road. At that point condition and equipment matter more than odometer worry. We've flagged 23 of these as genuine deals over the last 90 days, which tells you the market has some give in it if you're patient.

What the trims tell you

The spread from bottom to top is real money. The LX anchors the range at a $34,888 median with a tight window ($34,135 to $35,122), which makes it the clean value play if you don't need the extras. The Sport steps up to $38,883 and still holds a narrow band, so pricing there is predictable and easy to sanity-check.

At the top, the Touring runs a $46,134 median and the EX-L Hybrid sits at $43,995. The two EX-L variants land within about $200 of each other on the median, so the hybrid drivetrain barely moves the sticker here. If you were eyeing an EX-L anyway, the hybrid version costs almost nothing extra to get into.

Mileage moves price gently on this year. Every additional 10,000 km knocks off roughly $340, so a car with 60,000 km instead of 30,000 is worth about $1,000 less on that basis alone. Don't let a seller lean hard on low mileage to justify a big markup. The odometer isn't doing much of the pricing work.
